The 27" Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table is built to deliver dependable refrigeration, efficient ingredient organization, and a convenient workspace in a compact footprint. The Mega Top design features three rows of standard 1/6-size food pans, providing increased ingredient capacity compared with a traditional sandwich prep table. A complete set of stainless steel food pans comes included, giving you a durable, easy-to-clean solution for storing meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, and toppings.

A heavily insulated roll-top cover and recessed pan rail help maintain proper food temperatures while protecting ingredients when the prep station is not in use. The unit also includes a removable 10" poly cutting board, creating a generous workspace directly in front of the refrigerated pan rail for assembling sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other made-to-order foods.

The digitally controlled balanced forced-air refrigeration system circulates cold air throughout the cabinet to maintain consistent temperatures and help keep ingredients fresh. Foamed-in-place insulation provides excellent temperature retention while helping reduce energy consumption during everyday operation.
