The 15-Pan Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table with Workstation combines refrigerated ingredient storage with a dedicated preparation area, creating an efficient all-in-one station for restaurants, delis, sandwich shops, cafés, and other commercial kitchens.
The oversized Mega Top accommodates (15) 1/6-size food pans up to 6" deep, providing plenty of space to organize meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, and toppings for fast access during service. A lift-up insulated lid covers the ingredient rail when not in use, helping maintain proper temperatures and keep ingredients protected.
Alongside the refrigerated pan rail is a generous 24.5" x 27" workstation, giving employees valuable additional space for assembling sandwiches, salads, wraps, and other made-to-order foods. A removable 8" deep, 3/4" thick cutting board provides a durable prep surface and can be easily removed for thorough cleaning.
Built for demanding commercial environments, the unit features a 430 stainless steel exterior and 201 stainless steel interior, providing excellent durability while making everyday cleanup simple. Foamed-in-place insulation improves temperature retention and helps the refrigeration system operate efficiently throughout busy shifts.
