The oversized Mega Top comes complete with 18 food pans, providing plenty of space to keep meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, and toppings organized and readily accessible. A 3/4" thick cutting board creates a durable, convenient work surface directly in front of the ingredient rail for fast sandwich, salad, and entrée preparation.

At the heart of the unit is a dependable Secop compressor with 1/3 HP equivalent performance, providing the cooling power needed to perform in even the hottest commercial kitchens. Digital temperature controls make it easy to monitor and maintain proper refrigeration temperatures throughout the workday.

One of the standout features is the built-in under-pan air deflector.
