Comes complete with 18 pans and 3/4” thick cutting board . These salad prep units preform very well in the hottest kitchens with the built in under pan air deflector , which ensures cold air circulates around the top food pans first . This built in deflector also servers as a catch tray to make sure pans and food cannot fall to the bottom of the cabinet . The top covers are also insulated to keep holding temperatures. Factory installed casters are also included.
